I did on a couple of them, I didn't post those here, but I did not have enough hbs on hand to bid on all of them. :) It capped my bidding at 30k.

The auction cost was a bit over 311,000hbs. My showing bonus tonight will restore almost that much and by tomorrow night the rest of it will be covered. I have over 5,000,000hbs in my bank account, so it was no problem for me to pick the horses up and pass them back to you.

Just, when you have a chance and can afford it, pay the kindness forward to some other player who needs a helping hand. That's the only pay back I need. :)

I spend more time worrying about hitting the 10 million hbs cash cap. This will set that worry back for a couple of weeks, I expect.

I am one of those notorious members of this community--the pixel pony hoarders. I've been playing this server since October of 2013. I keep almost everything, adding barns as needed, and showing them regularly. The only thing I cull to the auction are horses with PT scores below 9.0, and if they're exceptional breeders, I keep them regardless of PT score. Anything that's not in pasture gets shown twice a week (though I don't always remember to show the primary barn). I seldom buy horses, usually to help out someone who's trying to raise game money for something special. My stock is mostly foundation creates and pasture bred.

I have 3,479 horse at the moment, very few of them more than 2nd or 3rd generation. I get as much (or more) fun out of helping new players understand the game as I do breeding my stock. So, that's the quirky way I play the game.
