Selling and breeding - member grade 5?

When you go to buy or breed a horse that's an account that you are associated with(or own), and it tells you that you need need to be a level 5/member grade 5 or higher, does that mean if you own two accounts with premium upgrade you could breed the horses from the two accounts together? Or switch/trade the horses between accounts?
Also, what is the member grade? Aside from when they have a paid upgraded account, what makes the member grade go up?

As far as I know two associated, upgraded accounts may sell and breed horses between them. I would suggest we wait for @Ammit to chime in for sure.
I'm also not 100% on the member grade. I think it has to do with the number of horses created (via create a horse, or breeding) and your XPs towards bonus stalls.

Are you sure it says member grade? I can't find that term in a code base search.

Although I only have one account, I encountered this message when I first started and tried to buy or breed. I was told (and it worked for me) that completely logging out, then logging back in, would solve this issue. After that, I was able to purchase and breed horses.

It's been forever since I've seen the message.. I thought that it said something to the wording of "you cannot breed/purchase horses from associated accounts, you must be grade 5 or above" or something like that? oh well
What makes the member grade go up? Is it just the number of horse bred or created?ID# 2353 -
