It's finally Fall! (Holy smokes we actually made it to fall. Man 2020 has been a doozy.)
New Genes
Phantom Apple Picking
The first new gene is an addition to our phatom line up. Apple Picking shows up on PINTO markings. Meek this in mind for what ever horse you add it too.
(Phantom Autumn is also available again for Fall)
Sunshine and Snowdrop
Sunshine and Snowdrop are two newly identified real-life genes. The genes are named after the horses they were first located in. Right now these genes are incredibly rare so it is difficult to know exactly how they work but they appear to function the same as pearl so I have implemented them this way. They show up in the color name as pearl, because the color name is the phenotype and they have the pearl phenotype but that may be changed as more info comes out about them.
These genes are available until October 15th and all are $5.Sales
By vote in our Facebook group the 3 items for sale, this time around are pastures, barns, and GMT tokens. These are all 25% off until the end of the month.Art Contest
Our Fall Festival tack pack was created by our members in 2017 and I would love to expand it. To enter follow the below rules and post your image. (imgur.com is my image host of choice) . I will pick however many winners feels right. All winners will receive one free copy of each of the 3 new genes.
Entries are Due October 4th
::RULES::
You must post below with an image that is exactly 500 X 333 pixels and .png format.
It must compliment the art style of the game.
It must be digitally painted/drawn by you. Absolutely NO photo manipulation.
Make sure horses look correct on this background, if they look strange floating awkwardly I won't use it.
You must be the sole creator of the artwork.
No copying of any copyrighted designs. Create something unique.
I will select as many or as few winners from both servers as I want to use on the site.
Only fall-themed creations will be accepted.

(When you say Pinto markings, is that a difference from other phantom genes?) -
The horses gotta have white showing(tobiano, splash, and such. Roan or appy won't work)cause the phantoms show up in a horses white area. most of the phantom genes are like that. Leaves and lace are the only 2 that will show the genes without pinto type markings. Hope that helps, I'm not much good at explaining lolThanked by 1Ammit

What other autumn images are there? I was thinking how to do a school bus, or back to school, or a football game....I'm not able to enter this year, so if one of these inspires you, use it! (Kind of late, I know, but I just love to see the artwork!).

I absolutely thought of a harvest fair, but decided it was far beyond my meager capabilities since I'm not allowed to piece together images like I usually do. Love the idea though! Ok, last one. Apple barrel under the night sky. More fountain pen ink. The reddish spots are a sheening blue ink, and I'm in love with the way the sky turned out. I almost ditched both the apples and the moon!
