@jezmynespice it may have been an accident, I know I've done that before! But I do buy a lot of higher pointed RS and spay or geld them to be show ponies. It's nice to have the higher PT :)ID 43830

Just so you know for the future, @HTRanch and anyone else reading, I will ALWAYS very happily pay hbs for any Rank Special (seller sets the price, whatever you want) AND swap you for a higher-PT show horse if you would otherwise snip the RS and toss it in your show barn. I like having a wide variety of intact RS at hand for the various breeding projects that pop into my imagination.
I do not have the barn space or time to do a daily search of public sales for every RS (lol I tried once; it got a little out of hand), but I will always buy from anyone who takes the time to PM me.
Of course, you can do whatever you want with your horses, and if that means altering your RS for cool show stock, you do you--that's the joy of this game! There is no wrong way to play. But if you would rather have an 11.0+ PT show horse than an altered RS, please feel free to reach out to me any time. -
