I bought a bunch today hoping that I could have fun with them. Before I could reach out to any groups on facebook my boyfriend went and dumped the only good ones. Idk if they'll be alright or not and honestly I just want to return them and say oh well. I'm so tired of every time I get something I want to do, and trust me this has been a long time coming, it gets ruined.

Not on this one, the walmart ones were broken but I found if I let them callus that they'll grow roots again? The one that dumped has a big flower and a smaller flower under the main flower. Some of the leaves did break off though

It looks like it can be grown from cuttings as well. As long as you're careful with it, give it a little time to recover from the stress, it will be ok.

All I know about succulents (from experience) is:
Always under water!! And if they break, allow them to callus before putting them on damp soil or in water. Just never over water and you should be fine. :D I love succulents so so much, don't give up yet!

Sometimes the pots Walmart uses for succulents don't have good drainage. Make sure that there is a hole in the bottom for water to drain out of (and put a dish or a tupperware lid under the pot so the water doesn't make a mess). Succulents are desert plants, so they do best in soil with good drainage.

They tend to like terracotta pots and sandy soil.
