I was locked out of one of my accounts and I'm not sure why it says for breaking the rules or whatever but I'm not on that as much as this one so I don't know how or why I was locked out of my account

You might have had too many free accounts. You can only have 3 free accounts, but as many paid accounts as you want.

How do I check and see if its one of my free accounts associated with this one. I also am pretty sure I have a basic upgrade on this account so I'm super confused and I'd really like to get that account back.

You will need to get @Ammit to answer that for you. The 3 account thing is just the most common reason I know of.

I'm actually locked out of all of my accounts except the ones that are associated with this one and they all are under different emails because they were family/friends accounts but they can't be one them at the moment so they asked me to help them while they were away from the game.

If the accounts are all in the same household, they have to have the same email. Maybe that's it? Send a message to Ammit :) She's vey good about getting things sorted out

You have a whopping 21 accounts. You are allowed to own 3. ;) Wolfgang Pride, Atari Sunrise and Wolf Deception are unlocked. If you want a different set of three you can say which three you want but you only get to have three total.

Those are my three accounts yes but the rest of them are under different emails as they aren't even really mine and they aren't in the same household so....idk whats up with that and why your getting I have 21 accounts thats odd. This account I defiantly want to be and stay unlocked as well as MY other accounts Atari Sunrise and Wolf Deception because they are MY actual accounts and not ones I'm taking care of for others right now. I really need all of them unlocked because they aren't actually mine and they aren't under this same email or household so its weird that your saying they are its just confusing me.

It's also really weird that it says 21 I just counted my three and the other accounts I'm looking after atm and I only counted 13 so thats really weird to me...

I don't think you are aloud to "look after" any account except the ones you own. If you have friends with accounts then they should be the ones looking after them. Pretty sure "looking after" is against the rules as well as owning more than 3 free accounts

If your friends have phones they should be more than capable of "looking after" their own accounts.

Section 3, bullet point five of the rules "If more than one player accesses their account from the same home all accounts owned by both members are considered one member". So as soon as you and your friends access each other's account, they are all considered to be owned by the same person.

I didn't sign into them on my laptop though. They went on vacation with family members and asked if I'd breed their horses and collect their money for them. They aren't allowed to have electronics while visiting....shame because I knew something would happen like this. I still don't understand why you see 21 accounts I only know of my three and the others I was helping friends with and that only comes out to 13 (my three and 10 others idk why 10 others but eh) I am willing to work this out but I'd like quite a few I guess back. I'd trade them out for my other 2 accounts but I have certain horses on there I'd like to keep but can't sell to this account and I don't currently have the funds to merge accounts.

It doesn't matter what device an account is logged into on.

If the accounts use the same Internet Service Provider and receive the same IP address at any time (and these numbers are generally rotated among all the users of a given ISP) then the accounts become associated. For large national ISP's like AOL, you might not even know who the other person is or where they live.

Or, if you and another Hunt and Jump player, for instance, happened to travel through the same airport and both logged into the game, your accounts would become associated.

And if you're wondering why the game has rules like this, it's because there are people who will do anything to cheat on the rules of the game, hoping to gain some sort of an advantage. When Ammit first introduced the Chat Rooms, anyone could be made a member of one and would be allowed to sell a horse there safely. They hadn't been active in the game more than a couple of days when some players figured out how to use them to cheat on the rules, and Ammit had to restrict the selling privileges to members with Premium Upgrades.

13 is still a ton of accounts when youre only allowed to have 3. Ammit said if you wanted a different set of three she would fix it. But you can only have three. So choose the ones with the horses you want the most.

"From the same home". You access your accounts from your home, you accessed their accounts from your home. It's not device specific. If it was, people would just use different devices to cheat.

I'm most likely going to sell all the horses off of my Atari Sunrise account and then have the StarGazer account unlocked but it'll probably take time for them all to sell.

@Wolfgang Pride, you can simply place all of the horses in the public auction. That is the fairest way to sell all of them so that you are at the allowed number of free accounts.

I have some up for auction, breeding and normal sale. Some just for normal sale and auction. Some just breeding and normal sale. I hope they all get good homes quite a few are very pretty.

I mean I'd like to be able to sell the horses on all the accounts so they go to good homes but I can't because they are locked I hope they don't go to "waste" that'd be a shame I hate that I can't because some horses should be sold for higher prices than the create price.

If you put them up for auction you can bid on them from the account you want them transferred to. You many not win but thats the only way to transfer horses between accounts without merging.

Seems odd that you're wanting to sell all of the horses in the other ten accounts that "belong to other players". Why not just let them sit and the owners can take care of the horses themselves? If the owners are on vacation, surely they won't be gone more than a few weeks. That means they'll only miss out on a little bit of money and the horses will only age one, two years at most, and they'll only miss out on one or two breedings. Doesn't seem like an issue to me.

Yeah but I'm not really worried about my other accounts as much I guess and the accounts were once mine in a way so I figure why not "fight" for the better accounts rather than the crappier ones.

I can't bid because I can't get into those accounts in order to auction them, and for some reason my auction is saying no horses are for auction and there just were a second before.
