Are these horses heterozygous or homozygous DP? (Livers and Chocolate Palominos)

As the title states, I'm wondering if these horses are het or hom DP. Sometimes I can tell really easily. Other times, I just can't.

And do you think either of these have DP? I'm not good with that in bays (especially wild bay).

The second chocolate palomino is Hom DP, because she was GMTd Hom DP. The first chocolate is hard to tell, she could be, but the background is throwing me off. The livers are het. The wild bay draft is only sooty, if she had DP she would turn red. The Texas Tea is hard to tell because of the way the splash/frame is showing.

Both chocolate palominos are Hom DP

You can tell that the livers are only het because otherwise they would look like the hom DP, hom Sty, ee Freaky Fridays (so basically so dark they look 'black').

@AgainstTheOdds, I knew that was the case with the cherry drops, but I wasn't sure if it was like that on a horse that was also hom sooty as well. I thought maybe the cherries were bright like that because they didn't have sooty... guess I was just confused. LolLove,

Just a little darker. Sooty wild bay is one of my favorites colours.
