First time having a problem with PayPal purchase

@confluencefarms maybe you can direct me?
I purchased the phantom lace earlier this morning and it added to the horse. Just now I tried to add it to a second horse. PayPal went through and I have the notifications/receipt. But it is not showing as added to the horse. I tried signing out and in and even powered off my phone.
Please advise? Thank you! (I don’t know how to post the receipt)
