Bulk editor not working on computer but is on my phone?

I've had a similar problem. I can mass auction on my phone, but not my computerID - 47350 (Most Licences) Breeding heavy. Carry it Forward Project - Snf, Kp, Dp, Df, Sa and Sb2. Welsh Dreams - Full of fantasies
