I have a premium upgrade and RebelRanch has a basic upgrade, so I'm not sure how much overlap there will be. This is what I am experiencing this evening:
1. I checked the Auction Catalog and saw that 100 horses had been entered.
1. I selected 4 neutered horses with low PT scores in my Primary Barn and clicked "Send to Auction." A box informing me that those horses had been entered into the auction, and the letter A appeared in the Status column at their rows.
2. I checked the Auction catalog and my horses were not there.
3. I moved them into the small barn where I collect horses to be auctioned until I have enough that I decide to send them to the auction. There were already 5 horses in that barn that had not yet been entered.
4. I went to the Public Auction House and used the Enter A Barn feature to select that specific barn. All 9 horses in that barn are now marked with an A and they all appear when I open the drop down box in the Manage Your Entries.
5. There are still only 100 horses listed in the auction catalog, none of them mine.
6. I did note that there was one horse there belonging to RebelRanch, I assume that is one entered individually.
Perhaps the auction catalog is only updated once a day and they will be there after the midnight or 3 AM roll over. I will stay up to midnight and see what happens.De gustibus non disputandum. "There's no arguing about tastes."

It is 12:42 and there are still only 100 horses in the auction. I'll try to get up before 6 A.M. and see if that has changed. I'll wait a few more minutes before going to bed.
It's obviously long past my bedtime. Sigh.
I finally read the whole Auction Catalog page and noticed that it says "Only the first 100 horses are shown. Use search to see them all." :D
So, seeing that there were too many pages of horses in the auction to check every one, I did a regular search, selecting "For Auction" and my ID number as the only parameters. Lo and behold, I found my horses sent to the auction immediately.
Doing a search with RebelRanch's ID number brought up 6 horses.
Link to that search:

I don't know, of course, if any of these were entered using the mass auction button from a barn or if they were entered individually.
I hope all this rather muddled experimentation will help, but I've tried to describe my actions in detail.De gustibus non disputandum. "There's no arguing about tastes."

@SandycreekFarm The catalog only ever shows 100 horses. You have to click the underlined link above saying please use the search to see all horses to see that there’s 291 pages of horses in the auction.Breeding even generation Grullos with IceThanked by 1SandycreekFarm

I split this off as it was off topic. Bandit answered already though. :)Need to contact me? Read this first. Only send me a PM for PayPal issues or if I ask you to. Otherwise, make a forum post. You will get a better faster answer by making a post.

But, what a great example this is, of a detailed explanation of the problem!

Thanks, ConfluenceFarms. I spent some time at least 20 years ago doing testing and manual building for a software development firm, so I learned what sort of feedback programmers might need.
However, I think my report turned out to be a detailed description of how the feature works, with my own muddled thinking complicating things a bit, rather than a description of an actual problem. :D
The only often important thing that I totally forgot to mention was the fact that I was using a Windows 10 desktop computer and the Firefox browser. Both of these facts--device and browser can be important for Ammit when she's trouble-shooting.
And thanks to you, too, Bandit. I did discover that bit of information for myself, but it certainly took a while. This is what comes of working on a complicated project when I should have been in bed sleeping.De gustibus non disputandum. "There's no arguing about tastes."
