Prices for new rank specials?

    I have seen many of the newly released rank special horses for sale with prices over 750k. Are these horses really worth that much?

    Horses are worth what someone will pay.

    Usually if they are going for that much they are only being released once or once a year. But they usually only go for that in the initial frenzy.

    Best results would be to hold a forum auction to get a closer real value

    I only have a free account at the moment. So I wouldn't be able to put horses in chat rooms for the winners of a forum auction.

    Most players are good about not touching a horse with a players name on them, but I find it best to arrange a time to meet up online to sell expensive horses on the public sales.

    For many many years there wasn’t any Buddy chats for private sales. As Seawell said arranging a time to meet up was the best way to transfer horses.

    The buyer would open the horses page and start hitting refresh so that as soon as the seller put him up for sale they would be the first one to see the horse was for sale and be able to buy it.

    I’ve transferred hundreds of horses and rarely lost one (mostly slow dial up internet from years ago)

    Or there’s usually always someone available to help buy the horse and hold it for the buyer depending on how much the horse sold for.

    Also you should have enough in the bank now to buy yourself a basic upgrade (go to upgrade with game money, buy 30 IV’s, IV shopping > basic upgrade)
