So, I play other genetic games like HAJ (Not going into detail on it), and well I was playing one that requires you to be 17 (I'm 21 so I can play it) or older in their "terms of service" or whatever, well they have a live chat in it... I got into an argument with a couple of ppl and over something I do not believe in, I won't go into detail... I let it go and hid the chatbox after an hour of them trolling me and calling me "Idiot", then out of nowhere, I get a "This account is suspended until this or that time/date for violating the "Terms of Service" and the following reason was given was: Underage" The people in chat flagged me as "Underage"....not only that they got away with it, the mods never contacted me to actually confirm my age. I had no idea what to do, I'm so mad and upset at the same time, I have no way to contact them because my pixel animal's on there require food/protection to survive every day. I believe that this was all handled poorly and I am truly disappointed since I have been there for almost 4 years and always been loyal to their rules/services.

I just needed to vent ~X(

I'm sorry. Some people just can't handle a mature disagreement. Is there any Contact button or email that you can use outside of your account or emails you can reply to from setting up your account?

Or another player you know from Facebook, or something that could get word to them?

It's fine now ya'll :) I'm handling it! I got a friend that is friends with the owner of the game and is going to see if he'll help me out, i can't contact/email them directly since I'm "suspended" so it makes it harder for me atm ( which is totally unacceptable) plus I was told that my animals are frozen till the suspension is over & won't die :D they're safe! ;) so I won't worry about it! I was flustered over this crazy thing that the other player's put me threw... but I'm just relieved that my projects are okay!
it's so messed up, that they'd act so immature.

Yup!, when I get it sorted, I'm gonna make sure that none of this ever happens again. I might just quit chatting with my sister(we chat there she's at work) there since it isn't a drama-free chatbox sometimes [-(
