It's Fall in the northern hemisphere and a time for harvest and reflection. I find coloring to be a great activity to just slow down and take stock. So I want to share this with all of you. Download and color these pages and while doing so take a moment to think about what things/people etc you are grateful for in your life.

Color in one or both of these pages and then post your resulting art here along with something you are thankful for in your life.

Rules
-You may enter a maximum of two times in total. Once per each coloring page.
-Entries are per person not per account. Two per PERSON max.
-You can enter on both servers if you make unique entries for both servers.
-Give it a reasonable effort and your entry will count.
-Can do digital or print these and color physically.
-Winners will be selected at random from the entries. Four winners total (two per page).
-Entries Close Nov 30th

Here's my entry :D It took awhile but got her done :x i didn't have any fancy art stuff to make her prettier but i think i did a good job. :x she reminds me of the different colored leaves that i see outside. from different shades of oranges, reds, yellows and browns :D

When i was coloring this, i took a moment and remembered how i'm grateful for my parents and how much they've dealt with me and 8 other siblings over the years lol, we've had it rough for about 10 years but somehow we get threw :x

And last, i'm grateful for my horse and bull calf, they've both been there for me :)) i talk to'em non stop almost everyday when i have bad days(Like mondays lol ) and when i need some clarity from the family.

Here is my entry. I am Canadian so we had our thanksgiving last month. Where I live it looks more like a winter wonderland right now lol So I decided to colour this in a fall theme in hopes that it will melt the snow and let us have a few more weeks of fall and warmer weather as I am not ready for 5 months of winter.

I am thankful for many things in life, my family, my friends, my animals/babies, and all the new people I have met this year.
I am thankful that my aunt with cancer is doing better, she was able to come home this summer and was well enough for my wedding in September.
I am thankful I got to marry my best friend, and that I'll be spending the rest of my life with him.
I am thankful to have an amazing group of friends at the barn where my horse is at. They are supportive and so much fun.
And I am so thankful for my horse. She has taught me so much, not only about riding and being a good horse mom, but patience, strength, determination, work ethic, and balance. She is getting older, but still acts like a youngster at the age of 27. Hoping for many more years with the old girl <3

I have so many things to be thankful for but I am beyond thankful for my best friend, Madi. We met last year when I started working for her mom and I literally could not imagine my life without her now. She is literally always there for me when I need her, she takes me and my horse to shows (going an hour out of the way sometimes just to pick us up), and she is overall just amazing. I have had deeper conversations with her than anyone I know and she is open, honest, and willing to listen. She is so supportive and I am beyond blessed and thankful that God put her in my life when i needed her the most.

Today I sit on the couch with a friend, coloring and watching criminal minds. My hunny heading to a good job, and my children running a perpetual conversation in messenger while they live well adjusted lives, I can't help but think... Though this has been a year of multiple deaths, I am blessed.

Coloring entry 1 - Decorated Horse. Colored with Chameleon Color Tones, Color Tops, and Fineliners.

I am thankful that winners will be chosen randomly, rather than based on merit - I don't get to play with these pens nearly enough. LOL

All kidding aside though, tonight I am grateful for dogs with upset tummies who want to cuddle - or rather, that I am privileged and able to have one of those.

Edit - Sorry that ended up being huge! I don't know how to resize it appropriately!

I’m finally finished! I did the mare and foal after some of my favorite colors on horses
The mare is a palomino appaloosa and the foal is a buckskin splash frame

I am so thankful for my family, they have done so much for me and without them I wouldn’t have been able to have my dream of owning horses. I am also grateful for my friends who have been beside me for years!

This has been so much fun and I’m really excited to complete the second image!

I am thankful for the opportunity to learn that both this mare and foal afforded me during my time on campus this spring. I was learning about equine reproduction, in the practicum portion of my course. This mare, Buck, lost her life giving birth to her backwards filly that we called Baby Buck. Unfortunately, 24 hours later, Baby Buck passed away in her sleep, too. Both these girls taught me so much about dystocia (difficult birthings) and the intensity of care put into an orphan foal. You can read about it all you want, it is so different to be faced with it in person.

I have been consistently sick for the past month. First pneumonia and then whooping cough...So I am Thankful that I am still here (I have other underlying health issues) and my husband is thankful to you because I have sat on my butt all day colouring in the mare and foal picture LOL. It actually made me stop. I have trouble sitting still <3

I'm thankful for a lot. I'm thankful for this game and my friends on here, they've helped me through app much. I'm thankful for my bf, he's been the best, no matter my situation. I'm also thankful for all of my family for being there for me at different needed times. And lastly, I'm thankful for job and the people there for being willing to work with me to help me better succeed at my job. I don't remember things much, but they don't seem to mind, and have stuck by me through any situation. And often, when I mess up or forget to do something, they don't even get upset. They just say it's okay, and we all go on with our lives. Most others would be told something. Lol

I'm putting both of my pages on one post - I figured it makes it easier that way.

I'm thankful for my roommates this year. We all have such different backgrounds and personalities, but that just brings us together into a stronger group. They are my family away from family.

As I near graduation, I'm also thankful for the college experiences and memories that have shaped me into who I am today - the professors, the classmates, the late nights studying, and the late nights spent with good friends. Finally, I'm thankful for the new experiences on the horizon as I continue on to the next stage of life.

I’m thankful for my family and friends, they help me get through hard times and they know when I’m not at my best and they offer little words of encouragement, a helping hand of support and a hug, and sometimes that’s all you need to get through a dark place :-)

I will always be so thankful for my family, but this year I have been really thankful for friends and neighbors. I spent the last five days in the hospital due to complications from the flu and pneumonia. I worried about how my my husband and kids would cope. Our wonderful tiny community pulled together, and I had people coming coming out to feed animals, chop firewood, clean house and cook. My husband did not miss a day of work, and the kids did not miss a day of school. I will forever be grateful for them.

I'm Thankful for my Family. I could've lost my mom to ongoing medical issues. Thank God for our Family Doctor. He also saved my life the day I was born. My Mom's and I's heart rates started to go down, so Frank worked his butt off to keep us alive! So yes! I'm Thankful for my family, Friends, My family doctor, and my pets. My cousin is a blessing too! He spent two years in the hospital waiting for a liver and kidney transplant. They was going to take him off the list, but my grandpa yelled at the nurses. He lives happily with his wife. I can go on, but that'd be a novel.

I am very thankful to have a job that I love and to work with people that make it a pleasure to go to work each day and that we all push and encourage each other to be the best. Having a kick butt work family is an amazing thing to have.
