"associated accounts"?

I just tried to buy this mare: http://hj2.huntandjump.com/horse.php?horseid=445651 and got a message saying "Associated accounts must both be level 5 to sell horses to one another." But Mystic rose and I don't have any connection... why does the game think we do? Because I'm using eduroam (shared university wifi) maybe? If so, (how) can I get around it? I don't have any alternative sources of internet.
(of course maybe the game is just trying to save me from temptation... :P) -
I bought her and put her back up for sale for you.
Its definitely possible about using the shared university wifi!
Someone can explain the reasoning behind why accounts can be associated even when you have never met the person before better than I can lol -
