I dread having to buy new barns...I pay 128%.
I try to cull to make room but sometimes have to bite the bullet. I prefer to spend hbs on GMT's. Anyone else hate it when you have to buy a new barn? :))

On a brighter note I found that mass egg flushes (which used to cost 125k) are now only 30k which is a huge deal!

I pay 222% here and 286% on HJ1 which really hurt when I needed another 1000 stall barn to fit all the spayed mares I’ve been clipping with comparison testing (considering I just bought another 1000 stall barn this month to fit the show babies and still had overflow in the breeding barns) Sent a batch of 525 horses to the last auction to make room and have some more money to expand.

@Dreamy Meadows, a way to control the economy and help newer players I think. Keep the focus on high quality horses and not farming a lot of lot quality horses for points/hbs "to win". You can also only have 20k stalls total? Also for the computer servers sake as well maybe?

Larger barns are harder on the servers. Especially with pasture breeding it’s possible to breed thousands of horses within a few moments.

With more horses it’s also easier to make more money which skews the game economy. Its not hard for me to spend a million on whatever I want when I have a few million in the bank. Adding a tax on barns with more than a 1000 stalls helps slow the growth of the bigger barns.

Normally I sell off my older show horses to attempt to reduce my daily show bonus and the need to buy extra barns eke also helping smaller barns with cheap pointed show horses. But I’ve been busy lately with life and attempting to catch up with sorting and snipping 4 months of foals

I pay 235%, that's over 1iv per stall. A 90 stall barn is 100iv for me, 1000 stall is 1115iv. I don't plan to add any more barns but will probably get a few more pastures in time.

I pay 197%, also 1k IVs for 1k barn. I need 200 more IVs to buy my 6th 1k barn.
I recently sent over 500 horses to auction to have enough room to sort. I've been playing less than 2 years so I really have a hoarding problem.

My last 1000 stall barn cost me 2397 IVs. I can no longer buy barns with IVs. I have a serious horsey hoarding problem.

It's got to the stage where I lose so many show ponies each month that I just fill the barns up again with yearlings and leave it at that :D
