I've been working on this goal, badly, since I started playing. As much time as I spend here you'd think I'd move past pretties to earning points. Hasn't happened. I'm still far more interested in seeing all the amazing ways genes mix.

Show me the stud and mare in your herd that you think is the closest to your breeding goal?

Why: I breed for black and black livers, trying to get them as tall as I can, with minimal white, riding horse and warmblood bone acceptable (basically, your big, black, dramatic hollywood horse). The one downside to Sol Gem is that he has frame, which I would ideally like to breed out just for convenience sake.

I am breeding to try and stay within the breeding guidelines of real life Pony of the America's breeding standards and goals with a specific interest in creating sooty and silver appy patterns

I have had rotten luck with mares lately so my favorite mare is an appy hour expro silver mare who I would love to recreate within a few generations at a smaller (under 14.2) size as I accidentally created her as a warmblood instead of a pony.

I am hoping the stud I posted grows up to be a good breeding stock as I'd like him to be my foundation stud for my roan POA line, with maybe one or two GMT's when I can budget it!

Why: I want to push the height and bone for WBs and I love dark Liver and loud patterns and shininess. They each add a different combination on this ideal that will make a variety of beautiful foals. I don't want them to all look exactly alike.
Hoping once Awesome gets Hom pearl their grandfoals will be extra shiny loud Liver Appies with sa, pearl, and nd1 set off by Kit M, S+ and Het Nex. I love Overo but still sitting on nerves about keeping frame in their fillies' lines. Second Stars sons will have to nix frame.

Why: While they aren't quite complete they are closest too my end goals, Ty still needs Hom Satin and Hom GP, Abby still needs hom S+, Het SB2, Het KM and Hom GP. Goal is to have beautiful white spotted appaloosas, large as possible in bone and height possible Drafts that carry multiple hidden genes.

Why: I have a handful of different lines going on, and this is my most successful one. I aim for high PT, high papering in all my lines, and these two meet that. In this line I aim for blue eyed, splash M, appaloosa, brown based buckskins. The only thing missing is cream on the stallion.

I have taken a break to refocus my breeding. I have always love dp on champagne or ligth buckskin. I had a king ransom dp mare before this girl. She was the best mare I had. She was also my stud momma. She was used a few time with Ocean. Ever foal stayed intacted. I will continue this line. My hope is to get them papered well and showing well.

Why: I started off breeding for height, struggling to get my drafts as tall as possible. I've success with getting 18 hand foals consistently and am now adding in bone as well and trying to get those 18 hand foals has heavy as possible. These two foals, while still too young to breed are the heaviest I've gotten so far after my first breeding season with bone in mind. I am very excited for the coming seasons.

Why: I'm breeding for sooty grullo roans with Llp (but preferably ECA3P+). Skald doesn't have any sooty, and XP Takes His Time only has the one copy, but I'm working on it. :) I'm also working on adding in satin & w8!
Straws?: Sure? As long as they aren't too good - I've got a lot of snipping happening when I try to breed to the A & Star stallions I obtained, even with pasture bonus. :-?? (I may have purchased those two when I was new and clueless... they were pretty and shiny and I failed to realize how inefficient they were going to be until I got good mares, lol.)

I absolutely loved peeking in at this, and getting a glimpse of each of your lines. You guys have beautiful horses.
