@maribo, I reread the rules several times and can't find anything about auctioning tailored horses. My intention is to create a horse according to whatever someone's preference is, then putting it for sale for the agreed price so that player can buy it.
Can you point me in the right direction here? I never intended to take money before creating the horse. -
I remember people running these sorts of auctions in the past, and there were often problems with the herd helper accidentally expiring before the seller could create the custom horse. So, Ammit decided it would just simplify things to ban auctions of not-yet-created horses. If I remember right, you can still sell the create for a flat price if you want to be able to provide a custom horse, just not auction.
