    So sorry you're going through this! Take care of you, first. You can't help anyone who wants your time unless you make sure you're okay. After that, the rest gets easier. It wasn't ever easy for me, but it got a little easier after I was reminded to eat and sleep and take some mental health time and just try to forget the world a little while.

    Tonight we lost my father in law to what was at first thought to just be a bump to the head. Hunny is figuring out the plan with his sister, while I had a good cry with our youngest. Still haven't reached our oldest. Nana's plane has landed, so maybe we can try for sleep soon. Send my nephews some extra love tonight. They are officially independent now.
