I'm having an issue with merging one of my accounts to my main

    I currently have 2 accounts with the basic upgrade and one free account, and I'm looking to merge them. But when I go to the page, only my free account comes up as able to merge. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Or is this something that needs to go to the admins?

    If the other one isn't showing up odds are it is bigger then the one you want to merge into. You can only merge smaller accounts into bigger ones. So the game has a built in coding that makes it show only the smaller ones show up as an option to merge.

    This same thing happened to me and it was because the accounts were on different email addresses. You can go into your accounts and update your email addresses to be the same and then you will see the merge option

    If the email address isn’t your problem. Either sell a few barns on the “smaller” account, or buy another barn for your main account. You may have to do both to be able to merge them they way you want.

    To merge you must have the bigger account eat the smaller account. 99.9% sure it only looks at the main barn which if they both have basic upgrades would have the same size. (Unless you have extra stalls on one or both) you could try to turn the upgrade off of the one you want to merge to see if it shows up

    Upgrade with game money and then IV shopping and about half way down merge accounts :)
