I think the game does that with high PT just to mess with us! I genderswaped another 13 Gold filly to colt today, and when I did comp testing he ended up a very low Star. Happens every time I try it! I also have a lot of my BA passing boot boys with low PT end up AGA, while the high PT boys almost always are very low Stars. /:)

LOL I figured that KP might have surprised you. The Dark Star lines are peppered with KP cropouts, sometimes generations after it last showed up. That's the case with several of mine who have thrown KP babies. I dug deep in the lines with some of them before I found it! I mark my girls once I'm sure they have it most of the time, but I bet I missed some. :\">

Looking at Valinor's pedigree, I'd think he got it from his dam's side through Why Not, who goes back to Precedence several times, which is a known KP line. I think my het KP Birds got it through him, though I'm pretty sure Rogue missed it. He's got over ten crosses to Precedent, I forget how many exactly, but it's one of his sisters and my JackKnife girls who throw the KP. :))

JackKnife is het KP for sure, probably through his sire, which was Surfer Bird's sire, Skip Jack. Several of the stallions Dark Star had up for breeding a few months ago in the bootstrap chat are KP lines too, I got some of my het girls from them. I need to go through and mark all the ones I'm sure of that could be KP, but mostly I just wait until I see a KP foal and then mark them. :D

And that ice mare is a nice one! You can totally get 14 out of her I bet, you just need to try her with a few high PT boys and see which is the best nick. You may well get KP from her too, she's got it in her pedigree. ;;)

I've been getting a few drafts out of my bunch, but none of them are very big yet. Tallest colt is still not GMTable to 16 hands yet, but at least he could go over 15. Lol Still, that gives me one nice draft boy to cross to the drafty girls later on to see if they'll keep going up or go back down. :)) You can get drafts from straight sport pony lines if you breed for bigger for a couple of generations. I have just by not culling for size.

@HTRanch I'm glad you did! I've been loving what the Heimdall line is adding to my Birds. I love the sabino pearls, but I'm enjoying the browns and silvers I get mixed in now too. :D

Gotta admit, I'm enjoying the spots muchly. :D I have a bunch of Birds with PATN1 scattered around, so I keep getting surprise leopards too. Gotta love it!
