If they are all new creates, you could check by era. Otherwise I suppose you would have to look up and type in a string of tattoo names for the RS that also activate Exceptionally Perfect. Once you have all the names you could keep it and just copy and paste to do the same search again.

Also this was something I think Confluence once said to me : RS are all Ex Perfs and Ex Pros are about red papered, so roughly the same breeding quality. If a RS papers yellow, they are PF quality, and if they paper red they are either an Ex Perf or Ex Pro. Red with 10.4 pt is the first, red with any other pt is the latter!

To actually address your original question, if you know what RSs are ExPer you can search for each of them individually by the RS name in the tattoo slot. Unfortunately you can’t mass search multiple RSs at the same time unless they somehow share an element of their name that would be searchable

Do a search and only unclick lined horses and then sort by paper level. That's how I find the b and red foundies

You can do a search for multiple herd helper tattoos at once and you can have the full tattoo names as well. It only says no spaces at the beginning because the search will think that is part of the next tattoo after the comma. It's not programmed to slice trailing spaces.

I did this search for these ranks specials. Might be missing a few, I just skimmed over the rank special list and wrote down all the ones I saw labeled exceptional. At least all of these must be exceptional though, because none of them came up era 5:
