Well... Today was not how I expected today to be... Incoming LONG post! (I pulled this from facebook so i didn't have to retype. I mentions some street names but i know no one will know what i am talking about on here lol)

Here's the run down:
-Stayed up til 2am baking for the craft show

-Finally got to bed but get woken up at 6am because of cramps (thanks mother nature, best day to start 8-| ). Couldn't find my ibprofen. Took 15 minutes to find it then had to lay in bed with hot pack waiting for cramps to subside and sleep to return

-had to get up at 8 and was just plain exhausted. Got up anyway and went to load all the food and such into my car

-on the way to the dollar store, white truck pulls off of Kingsley Rd onto Sparling, VERY SLOWLY, cutting me off to where I had to slam the brakes and send my naked (unfrosted) cupcakes flying almost off the front seat. Slowed basically tight up to his bumper. They process to drive 45-50mph and then TURN INTO A DRIVEWAY ~X( thank you for smooshing my cherry chip cupcakes jerk

-had to drive to store and then the chapel with one arm on the baked goods from then on because it was all jumbled and sliding around

-get to church to find out the counter I was supposed to set up on was already taken... Had to set up a new table

-finally get all settled in and actually finish a drawing I was working on.

-have to follow dad into traverse City because the lights on the trailer don't work but he needs to get it to Dave's house.

-Dad buys me Bdubs :x

-On my way back to the chapel, on River Rd, I HIT A DEER. I REPEAT, I. HIT. A. DEER. I managed to slow down enough that the impact left nearly no damage and the deer, after forcefully rolling over several times and into the ditch, promptly jumped up and ran away. I was more worried about my dog and my Bdubs (both were fine)

-Craft show ends, I made $2 off of my mom's sale of one ba y blanket... Cool... Hardly any baked goods were "bought" (they were donations only, no set price)

-get home and hear a strange high pitched noise... Find unexpected baby goat... Elsa's baby to be exact. Oh. Boy. It's a little black roan doeling, super cute (and she has a nose! Yay!)

-Elsa wants nothing to do with baby so baby and I went to tractor supply to get colostrum and a bottle and then dollar general for whole milk just in case

-Go to work with baby goat to feed every 2 hours

-Get home after 10pm and get momma and baby together in shed. Ba y doesn't understand how teats work... Keeps trying my thumb...

-Try to move Storm in with Blizzard so she has a companion while Elsa is out. Basically the equivalent of moving an army tank that is driving the opposite direction... Almost broke my back...

-EVERYTHING IS FINALLY ALL DONE AND SETTLED... forgot to feed the rabbits...

-And to top this whole wonderfully horrible day off... I have an ingrown toenail...

Now if you'll excuse me, I have to wake up every two hours to check on momma and baby and still have to get up early for church tomorrow. Well the next baby check is at 1am so guess there's no point in sleeping until after that check... I might spend the next hour just sobbing... And eating the cupcakes and cookies I stayed up til 2am making just to be left with nearly ALL of them... I'm not bitter though... Good night y'all

PS If Onyx could be released like, asap, this emotionally and physically exhausted goat mom needs to treat herself :P
