Yup! Twins are unlikely and, as you can see in the example above, one will have the TWIN words in their name. They're more likely with lab breeding I believe, but even then not very.

I got twins a while ago. The filly passed SBA, but the colt only passed BA. I cannot remember for sure, but I think they were embryo babies. The filly,
2 Gulastra Oorahs Fav

The colt,
2 GPC Oorahs Fav TWIN

As you can see the filly got GP, but the colt's was hidden, until after I bred him. Then I found he does carry GP, and passed it on to some of his foals.

I got two spayed mares from a breeding a couple of seasons ago. Sequential numbers, and one was pasture bred. But there was no TWIN after the second foal's number. I finally figured out I bred her in pasture, and then did an embryo right after. :O

But that got me to wondering if we still could get twins. Also interesting is that my twins came from a Champagne mare, and RoseFlute's are champagne twins.
