I love how the look grooming in the snow looks on the horses. My draft foundations will this on them only I think. -

By going to "Upgrade with Game Money" then "IV Shopping". At the bottom you can find "Unlock Tack Packs" where you can purchase the "Winter Wonderland Backgrounds" pack.
This is the description of the pack:
"Winter Wonderland Backgrounds
These six backgrounds might be icy but they will warm any winter lovers heart.
This Pack Costs: 1 IVs"
1 IV = 12,500 hbs. -
