Does it take a while for the basic upgrade to work?

    I purchased a basic upgrade via PayPal (it actually came out of my account twice) - that's the special deal at $1.99. However I have yet to see it. Also my new extra barn has not appeared yet.
    I have forgotten - do these things take a while to work. I have tried logging off and back in again.
