The order of Kit Mutation Load
-
I've been having some fun breeding with the new Kit system. Does the order of the Kit Mutation Load correspond to the order of the foals in the pasture?
For example, if a pasture of thirty foals had twenty nine foals, would there be thirty Kit Mutation Load values with one of them over 100 which corresponds to the lethal foal?
I haven't had a lethal foal yet, so I was curious. -
I think that would be a reasonable assumption, provided no frame or splash alleles factored in. Remember that higher white factor will influence splash as well as Kit mutations, so that might be able to push the foal to a lethal load if it was close to the limit just from Kit.
But this is my uninformed guess. Ammit would likely know for sure.De gustibus non disputandum. "There's no arguing about tastes."

The order things are listed is the order of the foals. Foals with no kit mutations at all will have nothing listed for KML and are skipped.Need to contact me? Read this first.
