Blackout?

I saw that Ammit announced a blackout event, and I'm not sure how that works. Is it a specific herd helper? Do all horses come out black anyway? I've created two horses already and neither of them have been black, so I'm a bit confused.

It can take some time to activate. When it does it's basically a site wide event and will effect every horse created. I'd wait until at least 3am game time before creating some horsesProducer of Volcanic Glass Drafts. Lapisobsidianus.
