I've seen blue eyes a lot more in perlino type horses (the super pale ones with ee and creamy coloring) but never in an EE horse, so I'm wondering how this happened? Thank you!

It's the splash :) Not every splash, but some have blue eyes. I have a few too! :x

I know that both Sps and SpM cause blue eyes. It's lovely getting a black with blue eyes! You can always reroll the horse if one with splash doesn't have blue eyes. Champagne also changes eye colour

My splash mare with a blue eye! I love when that happens, especially with minimal white markings and dark coats.
