Which tack pack is this from?

I love the look of this background but I can't seem to find it in my tack packs that I own. Could someone please help me with with one it might be from? Also is there a page that i can go to to see what items are in each tack pack?

The background is from the Starry Sky tack pack. If you go to the “Tack” tab when you view the horses page, it will list the tack and the pack it is from will be in the very front.
