Super excited! I got a *Star gen 4 stallion!

Sorry. Bragging. I bred this boy last season and was doing my comparisons quickly but only just realized I had failed to paper this boy. He compared AGA my gen 5 benchmark stallion, which was better than my old gen 4 benchmark had compared. It just didn't occur to me that that might mean he was a *Star too! This is a validation for me of my entire breeding program and totally makes the stress and hours of culling and agonizing over snipping the pretty boys and keeping the plain high quality ones worth it. This has made my day!

Congratulations!Breeding high quality Sheldasen horses. Liver chestnut, DP mushroom, and rose gray riding horses. Dun cobs with all the patterns. Watercolor, Wrong Warp and ice on mixed body types.

Thanks y'all! I'm super proud. Limited straws may be available but it's going to be rough getting intact offspring from him since mares tend to lag behind stallions in quality and he's higher than average quality for a gen 4.

Ondowa has one and Abbey Road had one and it looks like there may be a few more from a cursory search. A little hard to tell since everyone doesn't name their horses with the generation in the name, and I'm not willing to open a bunch of pedigrees! They all seem to come from old boosted lines though.Thanked by 1kintara
