Max 17 days before we meet these little girls. I'm going into full on panic mode because the apartment looks like an episode of hoarders because we pulled everything out of a closet to start going through and organizing/throwing away things, then I was admitted. We have literally nothing. No car seats. I supposedly have bassinets and a swing. But no way to set them up because theres no organization. We cant do too much because every day something happens that could cause delivery. Holy crap.

You certainly have your hands full! Do you know of a local pregnancy center or church? Even if you are not previously connected with them I'm sure they would at least be able to find you things like car seats or bassinets. It's also very possible that they could send an army of volunteers who would be able to help you organize! Or, do you have a friend that would be willing to come over and help clean?

There may also be a social worker at the hospital who could help you out. Do NOT forget to take care of yourself INCLUDING any anxiety, during all this! If you need a counselor to talk to TELL YOUR DOCTOR! Let them find someone to help out!

My wonderful boyfriend enlisted the help of his parents, they are tracking my anxiety and letting me sleep as much as I can as it helps, as well as any crafts and coloring i would want! The NICU said they can help with stuff like carseats and bassinets, any clothing we may need so that's amazing. I just have to manage my stress. It really bothers these babies, their heart rates go wonky and they stop moving. So I really have to keep them safe. I dont get a baby shower because I stood up for myself so that sucks but I'll do what I need to to get them where they need to be

I have done the pregnant in the hospital at Christmas and not allowed to stress, NICU rodeo myself. and it F*CKING SUCKED! Lots of love coming your way.

Ugh it sucks that you don't have a baby shower either. Those items are important to have! Sometimes I wish we were a physical community, not just online, so that we could help out with those kinds of things! You are one determined mama! You and your little family are in my prayers.

Ammit its officially been 37 days! 15 days left for these babies, thankfully I myself was a 32 weeker 26 years ago. Technology has come so far! HTRanch I love having this community though! I'd go crazy without you guys!

I don't know about being a physical community, but if Ammit's okay with it, maybe you could use amazon to set up a baby registry? It keeps your address hidden so you wouldn't have to worry about that, and while I may not be rich I'd love to try and help out with a smaller item or two.

That is, assuming that's within the rules of the forum here and all that. I don't know if I'm speaking out of turn here. If it's not allowed here, however, you might at least be able to share the registry with your friends and see if they can help?

@Lallyhop I cant accept that, but I appreciate so much that you would do that for me! You guys have been amazing with everything! His friends and family are all jumping to the rescue :) its amazing to see how his family supports him and how excited they are for the girls! Hopefully we can get everything in time! 15 more days and then the, hopefully not super long, NICU stay. I'm scared that they wont be ok :(
