Hi, I created this guy today, but looking at him and trying to decide how likely I'd get none tobacco or appaloosa foals from him I realized he wouldn't be the best replacement for when my foundation stallion reaches 17 years in two months. I was going to try to trade for another stallion, but it was suggested that I Forum auction him. Will go till Wednesday at rollover.

I have a White Spotted Grullo stud, he is on public breeding if you would like to try him out on some of your mares. I would be willing to sell him if you like him.

Hey Wild! If it was me, I would auction your stallion here on the forum. He should be worth sort of 10-50k I would think. Then I would watch Owner 13, the foundation rescue, for stallions for sale (I assume you are looking for a foundation stallion). All of Owner 13's horses are perfect foundations, so you'd be getting a stallion of equal quality to this rank special. There are currently several bays, but no bay duns available. I would watch for one of your desired colors and buy when you see one. Foundation Rescue horses are 2750 each, so slightly more expensive than a regular create but you know they will be top quality foundations!

Thanks, Cheers! I'll probably hang onto him till I find another stallion. Or maybe I'll do a forum auction, I'm still not quite sure what I want to do. With luck I'll still have several more years with Generous before I have to get hasty. :)

How do forum auctions work? I am a free member. I have a Stars and Stripes mare for sale but would rather auction. I'm new to this game so I have a lot to learn. Thanks!

There is the auction under the community tab, but most horses there seem to get deleted for 2500, or get sold cheaply. I think the forum actions is you post on here saying you're forum auctioning the horse, people tell you prices and at the end of the time you allot you put the horse for sale for the highest bid and let the bidder know to get it.
This is my first time doing this, so if I'm missing something, please feel free to correct me, more experienced players.
