We always share our prettiest ponies... and for good reason; horses on this game tend to be stunning! However, in that mix there tend to be some duds... horses you may not find so beautiful. I thought I'd share a few of my favorite "ugly" ponies - I want to see yours, too!

KA Lion Heart 2g
This is my #1 ugly pony. He's out of my Conversation Hearts stud and Hidden Gates mare. Every other foal they've produced together has been stunning. And then... there's this guy. He's Chocolate Palomino Roan Sabino Splash Frame Appaloosa Rabicano, so it may be a case of too much happening. Regardless, I think he's a weird shade, his markings feel random, and that bald face... quite a combo. He's my favorite fugly pony.
Honorable mentions:

KA Late Night Magic 2g
Similar to Lion Heart, but way less chaotic. I think his color is prettier too.

KA The Badger 2g
She's got sort of a weird face. I think she's ugly-cute.

Oooh I think they are gorgeous lol! Different strokes for different folks as they say!

Almost everything I breed for, just in warmblood form...but gah that rabicano!! I’m just not a fan of rabicano

Haha, the DPs you guys posted could have been among my "pretties". I absolutely love rabicano on my livers/chocolates, and lots of pattern, expesially with a low WF.

Awww, I don't think this post is fair. :( The art on this game is amazing and I think it is a discredit to the incredible artists on this game to call any of them ugly! I think all these ponies are lovely! :x But with that said, I started playing H&J before there were any pictures or color chips so maybe I'm still just happy to have pictures at all hahaha. :))

i got an ugly plain thing from my one of my favorite mares.... i wished that he was born cremello or something other than smokey black....

I put ugly in quotes for a reason! Everyone has different tastes. I absolutely love ponies with big white patches - so many of the ones posted are stunning. This game has my favorite horse art of any I’ve played - I definitely didn’t intend to discredit the artists.

@NowandForever wow! I actually love the W8 on that first mare, it looks like fireworks. That first wrong warp looks like he was dipped into the void

The color of this girl is quite ugly and weird and it kind of looks like lion heart. I still like her because she papered blue and carries cream but if not she would have gone to auction :P

For me the gene I find least attractive is thunderstruck. I am not a fan of all the lines crossing the body, though I like the glow. So saying I still have it in my lines:

You want to talk about disappointment? Disappointment is when you have like 10 flashy pairings, and all the foals come out VERY PLAIN. :(( :(( :((

I love me some KitM, but this girl looks more like she's been in a terrible accident involving a halter noseband, a stall door, and possibly a passing school of pirahna.

Not to mention that she has two liver parents and somehow managed to avoid inheriting it. Obviously the only thing she's ever been able to avoid. (I love her anyway though.)
