I can't seem to find the page that lists all the rank Specials and whether they are perfect foundations or exceptionally perfect. Maybe someone could help jog my brain? Thanks.

Thank you, @Maribo! One correction in that list: silver pocket watches are PF, not experf, and I believe the same for white weddings.

Lallyhop is correct. SPW & WW are both PF.

I can't remember who said this I think it was Confluence "RS are all either PFs, Ex Perfs and Ex Pros. Ex Perf and ExPros are red papered, so roughly the same breeding quality. If a RS papers yellow, they are PF quality, and if they paper red they are either an Ex Perf or Ex Pro. Red with 10.4 pt is the first, red with any other pt is the latter"
