I'm already seeing the issue with this. If you buy a horse with holofoil for example and and you don't own it then the effect vanishes at the next image refresh. I don't want people buying the tack packs and then using them to boost the prices of sale horses.

Thanks for the info Ammit, another question. The Luster Dust is like regular tack, and WILL NOT be passed on to foals?

In the IV Manager, go to Shop With IVs. The new tack packs are for long term members with more hbs than the new limit (to keep the game economy from blowing out to a terrible inflation) so they are quite expensive, but will continue to be available as a long term goal for current new members.

That's what it says in Ammits main post, Moon. The new Ice is limited time and possibly this is the only release for them, but my understanding is the tack packs are at least semi-permanent offerings.

I never saw that part woops! Thank you this makes me a very happy camper because now I can get a new ice gene and in a week or two get a tack pack!
