So I just logged into my account and noticed I don't have access to all the stuff I should have had as an upgraded player such as PT testing and papering. I used to just have $7.50 deducted from my bank account every month for my upgrade. Do I have to renew my upgrade? Or is there a glitch?

You may have to try logging out and back in again :)

If that doesn't work you may want to check that the credit card you use on PayPal isn't expired, or that there wasn't some other problem of that sort. Usually the premium upgrade subscription continues unless you cancel it through PayPal, so there was probably some issue with your payment. I had a problem with mine once when PayPal tried to send the payment while the HJ server was down, so if PayPal shows the payment going through on your end, you should contact Ammit to see if there was some glitch on the other end of the transaction.Breeding high quality Sheldasen horses. I also have had to wait any where from an hour or so to a 24 hour period. PayPal can be kind of slow sometimes. But make sure to do Log Out and Back In, and check your expiration on your PayPal card like posted above. The delay has never been on HJ2's end, just PayPal's end.

Almost always when the upgrade runs out with out the subscription being canceled it is because the card did not go through. Sometimes there is a problem with the card, sometimes it just did not run the first time. Paypal will tell you wants up.Need to contact me? Read this first. Only send me a PM for PayPal issues or if I ask you to. Otherwise, make a forum post. You will get a better faster answer by making a post.
