Completely starting over from scratch. Im looking for foundations to start up my lines. Post what you have and what your price is. Wanting to pay less than 3k but will pay more for unique foundations like RS.

Have you checked the foundation rescue (owner 13 in the horse search)? All their horses are perfect foundation quality and they get new horses in after each auction.

@RockNSStables why don't you want to just create your own? I think it's way more fun and I have won the 250k lotto twice and the million hbs lotto when making creates, and lots of 10k's in between. Plus I have gotten some really cool and unique creates too. It's kinda like playing slots lol!

Here's what the FAQ says: By creating horses you are eligible to receive a DAILY lottery bonus ranging from $10,000 HBs to $1,000,000 HBs and the occasional VERY special Candy horse that can be turned in for a Gene Modification Treatment (GMT) token!
From my experience there are multiple 10,000hbs lotto prizes daily as I have won 10k like three or four times during a create spree one day. There's at LEAST one $250k prize daily (possibly more). And there's the daily 1 milllion prize. When I first started and was working on a particular line from scratch (first with appaloosas and then went to dark chestnuts in search of dp), I literally created hundreds in a week and hit all sorts of lottos! I would breed and then auction to recoup my spendings and only kept a small percentage of my foundations that were great producers and/or had unique genes or colors, along with their foals as the start of my herds. The lottos allowed me to buy extra barns, purchase and save LV's, and even pay for my first basic upgrade. So have fun creating and good luck!
