Folks, keep your mares on a tight rein or there's bound to be a stampede. I am absolutely thrilled to announce that my superb stallion, Bench Warmer, has met a major milestone in his career! After 22 shows, this exciting performer is now bringing home a truly astonishing 1hb a day! No, that's not a typo. Amazing, isn't it? In fact, Benchie's talent is so prodigious that he actually leveled off while in utero!

(Of course, since he's competing against foals, and he's a five year old, I assume he's probably just mugging them for their lunch money. So, uhm, if any of your foals come home hungry and don't want to go to shows anymore, I'm really sorry.)

I used to own this star stallion with an 11.5 Consistent PT...check out his show record...the only thing he does consistently well is placing dead last!

Just to think...in at least one of those shows, he placed first out of at least ten horses. Given his record for last place, I'm not sure I wanna see the horses he beat. X_X =))

Sounds like my lady! The only reason she has any points at all is that she was made with them!

Benchie: "Petty larceny, contributing to the delinquency of yearlings, intimidating a judge, and impersonating a foal in a show class.

Ralph: "Wow! That's awesome!"

Benchie: "How 'bout you?"

Ralph: "Criminal damage to property, arson, breaking and entering, (especially the breaking part) illegal use of explosives, more criminal damage to property, and mayhem."

Benchie: "Duuuuuude!"

I've been a little worried lately, about my mare Cease And Desist. She has been off her game and of her last 6 rounds of damages has only hit the 3 digit mark twice! Then I looked again and realized that she had FIVE incidents last month, and FOUR this month, compared to her measley 3 per month previously! So she is still up there in numbers, but she is spreading it out! She's at 1375 total right now.

I don't have anyone particularly diabolical, but poor Lucky does seem to have been blessed with beauty rather than talent, and is another member of the 1hb a day club. Perhaps her and Benchie ought to "meet up?" Sure they'd throw cracking foals lol

I don't know what I'd do without that daily 1hb that Benchie brings home! If there's enough--actually any--interest, I would absolutely make his wonderful genetics available to the discriminating mare owner. Or indiscriminating mare owner!
