Y'all I can't even begin to think about selling horses. Last season I cut down on my bootstrap herds, spaying or selling every mare that papered yellow from A-yellow crosses, and some reds too if they didn't have the color combos I wanted. Here I am breeding again, finding all these lovelies that I will have zero room for if I don't sell some dang horses to buy new barns! The problem is they're all so stinking pretty and I've already cut out what I don't want in my lines so they all technically fit into a place somewhere. It's standing room only in the barns and pastures of Windigo Ranch, and unless I can make some hard decisions I'm going to come to a standstill on all of it lol. I know I need to work on my show horse to breeder ratio, and I sure don't mind spaying/gelding. It's the selling that gets me lol. Every time I start sorting through horses to sell I get aggravated and log out lol. Well, I'm off to put myself through misery lol.
