Hi! So foundation rescue- are they a random selection of foundies people have dumped? Or are they selected as being the upper end of the 'dumped' lot? :)

They are the horses that people created and didn't want for one reason or another, but only the best of the lot from them are kept. They are considered the same as "Perfect Foundations", and are both good for breeding ability and show ability.
