How many times can you pull eggs on a mare in a month? I know you can pull multiples, but I can't find how long you have to wait before pulling again.

If you're doing the regular single egg pull it's 1 every 5 days. It shows how many days you have to wait next to the mare's name in the drop-down box.

Mass flush is once a season and the mare can't be bred afterward.

You can also pull eggs and then mass flush. You just need to wait the 5 days since the last egg pull. I did that on my snowflake mare this season. I pulled 3 or 4 eggs, then flushed.
