Chinchilla Arabian Dreams

    I'm so excited about both the new tack pack and new genes, especially the chinchilla. It looks awesome on browns, so that's what I want to put it on. And since the Arabian tack pack is coming out, i want to put it on a riding horse/pony, since I breed all types but oddly enough don't have a foundation riding horse/pony stud.

    I'm thinking really hard about cloning my brown pearl Freaky Friday stud, removing one pearl, the Olw, changing to light weight and putting chinchilla on the clone. Maybe adding Sooty+ and/or a white pattern.

    Or i might clone my nanotech, who is 15. I'd remove dun, add 2 brown and change to light weight. I really like DP. It wouldn't really add much to chinchilla but the offspring could go to other lines, so debating if I'd add that to the nanotech clone. I also wouldn't be able to see the gene much, because of near fewspot pattern, so might have to remove PATN1 to see.

    And of course, i have to get the tack pack!

    The warp gene looks neat, but I don't think I'll get it, maybe on a different account.

    Normally not fan of the RH look but with the new tack pack I may have to re-assess cause it looks fantastic :)

    Personally not to sure I like the warp gene, to me it makes it look like the horse is melting O.O
    Dabbler in EVERYTHING.

    I love the Arabian Tack Pack! But I am partial to Arabians since I have owned, trained and shown them my whole life!! I love the Wrong Warped gene too!

    Part of me wants to be impulsive and swap over to the Arabs and have an Arab/half-Arab/ pinto barn, but I also really like my horses right now, lol.

    I already have a mix of sizes and body types, but I'm considering changing one of my side accounts over to strictly riding horse/pony. Arabians are my favorite breed in real life, so I have a soft spot for the light horses here.

    I like that Arabs compete in so many events I can use all the tack packs.

    Already decided I'm going to need a RH line. I didn't like them before, but with the new tack pack, going to have to change my mind!

    Still on the fence with the Chinchilla gene. I'll need to see other's before I make a decision.

    I am so excited for the Arabian tack pack because I breed gray riding ponies! Now they can look even more like Arabians! :x I hope more people will start breeding them.

    @Firebrand if you go to the group and search chinchilla, there is a post where Ammit says something like "now I want a gene that removes all red", there are a few more examples there.

    I looooove the look of the new tack pack. Snagged this gorgeous guy in auction, I’m impulsively going to start a small Arab herd next season just so I have an excuse to buy the tack LOL I have to accumulate a couple more mares though...
