I changed his bone density a few days ago and his picture went wonky. I tried refreshing and rerolling but stayed the same. Today I had another look at him and tried refreshing and rerolling, but his picture is determined to stay wonky!

I had one that did this and it is actually related to the tack on the horse. Untack and refresh, then all should be well.

Happened to me too same as High five Acres. Took pf all tack including any mane or tail then refreshed that fixed it then replaced tack and all was good

Yes, he has the wrong tack on. You will need to remove it.
