So some of you will remember my unreasoning love for the first show pony I bought because she looked like a real mare I knew, back before I knew I needed show horses. Bird passed out of the game at the last rollover, but that didn't stop me from loving her and wanting more like her. Because of that I have reached out to owners of several of her intact sons for straws, and then the awesome owner of one of her daughters sold me a few eggs.
Yes, I went there. I created an embryo using the egg and straw of two of Bird's foals by different stallions, and they produced a colt for me tonight that is everything I hoped for and then some.

@CWScowgirl87, I like your Signatory's looks too! He's an awesome sire in his own right who brought in another cross to Warning Signs, who was another outstanding producer and brings more lines to Caution, who is also in Bird's pedigree in several places. ;)
Years ago I had a real stallion who was linebred on a particular herd of foundation Appaloosas, which made me want to try similar linebreeding here in game to see if I could get similarly awesome results. I know breeding in the game isn't exactly the same as real-world breeding, but I can't help but think that having so much awesome in one pedigree has to be a good thing. I'm really happy with what I got! :D~*~ Justa ~*~

I got very lucky that first time around! Not so much with XII Rogue Night's full sibling. lol He's only A papered and won't pass BA, I'm sure, but he's still a really nice colt! I'm not sure if I should keep him as a show pony, gender switch him, or sell. What would you do?

You can always turn off testing and breed her to Rogue Nights or another star. If she would have passed, it's even breeding. If not, it's bootstrapping. Win-win!ID 43830
