    I had a little look, and it seems like it was his mom who got him snipped. Since his mom was a Blue paper, he'd have to be an A paper if not higher to have not be snipped by SBA.

    It's probably not worth GMTing him intact and would be better use of you either sourcing a B paper like him or having another go next season :)
