Sent straw not being recieved?

Another player has been trying to send me a straw and it's not showing up on my end at all to purchase. Any one have any ideas what's going on?Dabbler in EVERYTHING.

Make sure they have the correct ID number. I've made that mistake before. Then make sure they are putting the ID and sale prices in the correct boxes.Bluegrass Server: HayesStable - 221755

So they say they are putting them in the right box and I confirmed I gave the correct id # and they still aren't showing up. I've had no problem with other peoples straws so I'm at a loss.Dabbler in EVERYTHING.
