I think the basic upgrade (not the free account you start with) comes with a button at the bottom of each barn that says Enter My Barn. It will enter as many of the horses in that particular barn into shows as it can. You may have to click a few times over a few hours/days to get everyone shown twice for the week, but it’s way faster than clicking each horse. Don’t forget to train everyone first!

As long as you have a basic upgrade and not a free account, it should be at the "my barns" page, at the bottom of all the horses in the barn, right beneath "move these horses" button. It will be in its own "box" with a title "Enter this Barn" and a button that says the same.

Enter as many horses as possible from this barn into shows. If there are not enough shows, hitting a second time, or hitting again in an hour or so will normally enter the rest.

From the looks of things you do have the correct upgrade, so I would suggest double checking to make sure you didn't miss it, then try logging out and back in to see if that makes it appear.
