How to paper

Maybe I'm just stupid but I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to paper my horses. I have put them through every test available to a free account. I've read the FAQ three times, I'm still very confused.
Any help appreciated. -
To paper a horse, you first need an upgrade. Then a test called "Breeding Inspection" will pop up. For 1k per horse you can paper them, and papering is free for alters.Producer of Volcanic Glass Drafts. Lapisobsidianus.
