GMT didnt load but toke gmt credit?

So I was GMT my horse, ValleyOfStar to be a bay. She is a RS Vault of Star. It toke the credit but never loaded her new gmt?
Can you not gmt her? Hoping to put her on my dg line. Make her hom for it. Can I do that with her? -
If you link the horse it will help us figure out what’s up and also help Ammit deal with it!

Her image just has not updated. You can see the bay tattoo and in the gene test. Image gen is just hanging at the moment. Just need to refresh her image once it is back up.Need to contact me? I have this mare.
Fired Up hGP
I want to gmt her dam side of dg to make her a hom dg. When I got to gmt her it ask if I want show allele I beleave for 1toke. When I hit it just comes up with a error message. I tried both dam and sire to gmt. I also have another another mare just like her only different dam.
Im I doing something wrong or is it not possible to gmt them?

I though i did copy. Maybe didnt copy it all, sorry. Understand I cant homdp on dam side because she is a line. That gene not in combination with another.

I accidentally clicked twice on the GMT somehow and this horse took 2 of my GMT's to turn him from inconsistent to consistent. I don't know if it would be possible to get the extra GMT removed? -
