I managed to win an extra Dark star stud from auction the other night, and I would like to give him away! One condition, though: you must not already own a good star stud that is of age. So, for anyone who is in need of a good very high quality stallion for bootstrapping or whatever else, here's this lovely boy.

Yes, I thought I'd gotten him but you snagged the top bid at the last moment. I wanted him to use to try my hand at "bootstrapping".
But I was offered the chance to buy a *star foal. I'll have to wait a bit to use him, but that's nothing but time. I have time.
Thanks for the shoutout, @squeakerblue! But someone else likely needs him just as much if not more. I'll only be a few 'years' behind.

I am looking for pearls for bootstrapping also. But I am going for ice pearl Appaloosa as I just acquired an ice stallion, needing to improve is a main priority
I'm also looking for an ice mare.. that's my goals

Smokin, I am putting my ice bootstrap boy (currently 2) in my pasture next month, then will put him up for breeding in the bootstrap chat. I hope for a handful of ice fillies. Would be surprised if I had excess ice fillies, but if I do... I have no ice mares of good quality currently.

I missed out on a dark star stud at auction by 5 seconds of bidding... oh well!

I'd use him for bootstrapping, and also as a show horse so he can pull double duty. My bootstrap herd is the herd I throw ALL the pretty colors into, and S+, dun, pearl, satin, and silver would all be new additions! I'm also striving for lighter-boned sport and riding ponies in that herd, and his height and bone weight are such that he could throw that for me!
